I bought an item from them and got the wrong size. I emailed them enquiring about having to re size the ring and they replied with information I needed. I found out the re size is free and all I have to pay was the post to come back to me. Staff were amazing and knowledgeable regarding my query and received the item with a matter of days afterwards! Really efficient and commendable service! Éliana is a credit to the company too.

5 massive stars for Frederick Grove! I can't recommend Fred's Jewellery enough. I recently purchased a custom-made ring for a present, and it exceeded all my expectations. The quality and design are outstanding and the customer service was exceptional- Fred and Eliana made me and my dog feel so welcome. The store smelt absolutely divine as well!
