If service dept is requiring appts they should do better at rescheduling when they get behind. Had an appt for an oil change at 1:30 they just took the car back at 2:40.

**This is to the Service Department** I’m from out of town working with the corona relief effort and not too familiar with this dealership or their practices. First car there almost an hour before the Service Department opens. Been doing that every time I need a service for the past 15 years at different Toyota dealerships. Just bought a new RAV4 from Fred Anderson Toyota. Sheldon Baker was our sales person and he was out standing! He knew everything about the car and was very professional. I would buy a car from him again, I highly recommend him. Plus we got a great deal and a nice trade in allowance.

the service department has great customer service. They had to fit me in their schedule because the person I spoke with did not put my appointment in the system. First time ever using them and my truck was not purchased there. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel very welcomed. Made this broke girl, due to covid 19, feel very happy! 😊

Worst place ever. Took my car in for a service that Toyota told me THEY had to perform, which I found out was a lie. They basically forced me to have work done there to incur a bill that they were “handling with my insurance company.” Well, that’s what the service guy told me when I left from there. Only to have him call a couple days later harassing me for payment ASAP- so I contacted my insurance and they once again told me I was covered 100%.
