My only concern was nobody showed me anything inside the car. They let me drive it but I wasn’t told anything concerning car unless I asked them. I do like the car but Thomas was just trying to make sale. Well it was about time for them to close so I think they were trying to get out of there so they can go home. I was waiting around for Mr. Zawadzki to make decisions. If I didn’t like the car I probably would have went to another dealership.

RecommendedEach and every staff member at Fred Anderson were fantastic in their friendliness and service. We are absolutely satisfied with both the staff and our new vehicle. Frank was our sales person. He could not do enough to make us happy. If you go into the dealership to purchase a vehicle, ask for him because he will do the same for you.

Bought a 2017 Focus ST2 from here. I drove all the way from Central NC because I wanted a specific color and this was the place that had one. My salesman was Thomas.. he was super cool. Went out of his way to help me and he wasn't pushy at all. He knew it wasn't necessary. Negotiations with the Sales manager were tough though. I think when he learned that I drove 3 hours to look at this car he knew I wouldn't want to walk away. The dealership personal were helpful and friendly as well as being professional. Darren Bobo was helpful in showing me the features of my vehicle. The purchasing experience was good...But they messed up my DMV paper work I called and left message after message for someone to call me back...it’s been two weeks and no response if my paperwork has been fix...guess I will have to take time off from work and do it myself so aggravated with this whole experience.
