I know when you buy a used car you buy it as is but I had a verbal agreement to have the flat spare tire with a nail in it to be fixed before purchase. I made the mistake of not checking bc I was focused on other aspects. When I mentioned this to the sales person, they backed out of the verbal agreement and said it’s on me. After multiple discussions regarding a vehicle.. went to purchase today after filling out multiple rounds of paperwork and having my credit ran for no reason and after almost 3 hours at the dealership the guy comes back and says they just sold the vehicle to someone else.... not a good way to do business in my opinion... can’t imagine myself or anyone im remotely associated with to get a car from this dealership going forward
First, let me say that everyone was nice. I was in for a oil change. Was told that I had a very small gasket leak in the engine. The gentleman said that it was not major YET, but that when i saw a puddle on the floor to give him a call. It was going to cost over $500 to fix. My husband checked when I got home. There was nothing wrong but when the oil was filled and the filter was replaced, the new oil was not cleaned off and was getting ready to drip down. Not cool. I took a friend to this dealership to purchase a car this past weekend. he did purchase the vehicle. man the disrespect after purchase is .... surprising and pitiful.
Very knowledgeable and professional. Knew all the features and how to operate my specific vehicle. No high pressure. probably the easiest car purchase I've had. Definitely recommend. Carson and Marcus were great!
I will never go to another toyota dealer again very professional and listened, to my wants and needs. Keegan my sales associate was the best!
