They are wonderful until you purchase a vehicle and leave the parking lot. I have called three times. I left a message with “Josh” twice and a “customer service representative” once to ask about an issue with the lease that I traded in for my new car. I hate to say it but I should have just paid more and gone back to Jim Hudson.
These guys Frank, Marcus, and Mr. Bookert with the Finance team are absolutely wonderful and they’ve all worked so hard to get me into my first car.. some of the greatest people I have ever met. I definitely recommend anyone to go to Fred Anderson Toyota of Anderson to any and everyone!!!

Thank you for never calling me back the next day regarding my Toyota van disappearing from your service centers computer system. Thank you for ignoring my husband and I when we were looking to buy a new vehicle the other weekend, this was the first dealership we went to. not happy with my recent service here. I don't trust them. Had work done, Paid for oil change, sticker wasn't changed from last oil change and now oil light is on only 2k miles later. Oil looks date like it wasn't changed. manager told me it's fine. Also requested oxygen sensor to be fixed and light still comes on in the car. I don't believe they do the work they say they are going to do. Not happy having wasted my time.
Great service in a short amount of time.
