I went to look at another vehicle, they appraised my vehicle and in the process broke the hedge to my armrest. When I brought it to their attention they looked at the appraisal pictures stated it wasn’t broken in the pictures. I stated that was the first picture taken so it’s obvious he broke it after the fact. Manager was very rude and denied his employee broke my armrest! I would recommend to go to Dick Dyer or Jim Hudson if they want better deals and Customer Service!!!!

This is our 2nd car from Fred Anderson and will continue to come back. I first thought they could not get any better than our 1st visit. I was wrong. We had a great experience at Fred Anderson dealership. Found the exact Tacoma truck we were looking for. Our salesperson was professional, courteous and fast. We were in & out of there within less than 3 hrs which was record time compared to our experiences over the yrs when buying vehicles! We would definitely recommend this dealership in the future to our friends & family!
I have buyer remorse!!!!! I got my car serviced for the first time today and it was a horrible experience. I regret I purchased my vehicle at this dealership and I WARN you about making a purchase with them. Go some where else. Run away!!

If you are in the market for a new ride, I would recommend working with Adam. It was such a pleasure to work with a salesman who understood my life and wasn't just out to sell me a car.
