Inconsistent information given to me regarding a repair on my truck. I was told that loaners were available initially(phone convo). Then I was told loaners weren’t available but shuttle rides were(phone conversation different person)So I come in and I am now being told what neither are available. This is the second time I have had issues with the service department and have only put 17k on a new truck. The last time my tires were so over inflated it was a hazard to even drive the vehicle. Everything was great except they only gave me one key fob. After spending $40,000 with them I figured 2 keys would be standard. They were unwilling to make it right.
Keagan helped me get the truck I wanted!!! He was great to deal with!! Awesome staff!!
