Top notch sales team and service. I have bought 3 vehicles from Fred Anderson, I will not buy a car from any other dealer! They aren't pushy, they let you browse without stalking you around the lot and are good on their word. Great place and when the time comes, I'll be back again!
I went to get my rear view mirror fixed and it fell off took it back the next day and waited four hours on what should have taken a hour or so tops. They forgot about my car and it sat in the back for two hours. Had to come back the next day for it to be finished with. They finish all the repairs and tell me that it won't come off again, everything seems to be working fine and today like 4 day after they get done I move the mirror a smidgen and it comes falling off about and now I've been on hold with you people for 7 minute... read more
Worst place to get your oil changed or even try to get your vehicle looked at!! They had my vehicle 4 hours before they changed the oil, and we had to call them to find out what was going on! My vehicle winded up never getting looked at for the noise I was hearing either. They checked all the boxes on my inspection in the green, when I know my filters were not in good condition. Went in for an off brand oil change (I drive a Honda). I was out in 45 min. The service advisor Amber was helpful and pleasant. The customer area was welcoming with snacks and a wide selection of coffee flavors. All around it was a wonderful experience and I will be back for oil changes in he future.
A huge shout-out to Darrell and the great staff at Fred Anderson Toyota for "rescuing" my husband after our 26 yr. old Land Cruiser broke down on the road. You got him a much needed set of new wheels and took the LC into your shop for repair. It was late. I'm sure everyone was tired, but Darrell was a pro and handled all of it with ease and efficiency. His positive attitude and sense of humor was much appreciated. Thank you!!! We'll be back again, I'm sure!
