James Sharper was friendly and helpful. I had a good experience and am happy so far with my new Titan. Austin in service was also very helpful and friendly. They took care of a minor coolant leak for no charge and made sure I was happy. Working with Paul to close the deal was fast and easy. He worked with me on the numbers to make it work budget wise for me and my family. Kudos to everyone for a nice experience! �
I bought a 2016 Highlander! My salesman Sheldon was wonderful! Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me and even brought a car to my work for me to see! He and Scott were both great to work with! Very pleased thus far!
We just purchased our car from this dealership last night, and had an amazing experience. Daniel Lersch our salesman was amazing. Personable, not pushy, helpful and was so good to us. Paul in the business office was also helpful and went above and beyond to get us the best interest rate and best deal. I would recommend this dealership to anyone. Best experience at a car dealership!
Worst customer service EVER. I had my vehicle serviced here and immediately had problems that have gone unresolved. I've left messages and received no call back or two weeks now.
Chris Callanan is great at what he does. If you have to have service done, I highly recommend him.
My family have been loyal customers at Toyota of Columbia since they were down by the airport. My dad bought his first Tacoma from them in 1994, and 2 more since. My grandfather has bought 3 Camrys from them. My mom got her Corolla from them. My cousin has bought a Tundra and a Camry from them and I bought a Scion FR-S from them after they moved.
