Have always had great service at Fred Anderson. Great people. The Family Plan is the Real Deal.
Had two bad service experiences. Filled out the survey and gave them a negative review. Right away received a call from their office in Raleigh, telling me the the Columbia office would call me too, which they did. Bryan/Brian assured me he would make things right and the next service appt would be free. Guess what, he no longer works there when I called for an appt. and the service manager for whom I left a message never called back. Top shelf group. Bought back a 2016 4Runner I've had for almost 2 years. Easy and fair transaction.
My wife and I bought both of our Toyota’s from this location in the past couple years. We also recently referred a friend over to them who ended up purchasing from there as well. While we hit challenges during each of the purchases, we chalked it up to normal sales headaches. My friend is on the third battery of only a five-year-old car. The Interstate battery is supposed to be a 7-year battery. He barely got 2 1/2 years. The dealership has a full replacement up to two years. I contacted Bill, the Service Manager, I explained that my friend has been a loyal customer, he bought this car new from their dealership, and has his service and required maintenance with them as well. Took my car in for a routine service and inform the service department that I felt a funny vibration in my front end when I accelerate. Glen was great he stated he would have it checked out. They found out what the problem was and could have it fixed by the end of the day. Fred Anderson Toyota is the best. I will not take my car anywhere else for service thanks Glenn for everything
Had a great experience at Fred Anderson Toyota of Columbia. Our salesman Johnny Beddford was very helpful and got us thru the sales process smoothly. Went to one other dealership before coming here and ended up going with anderson Toyota for there price. In love my new 2018 Camry couldn't of chosen a better vehicle.
