How do I end up stranded on the side of the road with my child after just over two weeks of owning a 2018 RAV4 I purchased at Fred Anderson? I have to have it towed and the car is only a few months and 9000 miles old. Very disappointed.
My wife went in for the free oil change for life. Service specialist told her she then had to pay 80$ for an oil change because I changed the engine and cabin filter myself. I will NEVER do business with them again.
