My experience was awesome Justin Shaver took care of my wife and my self and he wasn’t pushy or anything he explained everything so we were sure what we were doing. We will probably buy our next minivan in the near future.
Took car in for service and they can’t even check tire pressure. Checked it off the list but light was on before we got a few minutes away. Got a phone call to see how our service experience went and gave him more than an ear full. Needless to say I was told he would check into it and call me back. Been over a week and nothing! And Dick Dyer is a joke. Play to many head games. Soooo, Jim Hudson here we come!
I found the salesman to be very dishonest about the service plan and the financing options. The service department is dishonest as well. I would not recommend Fred Anderson Toyota to anyone.
Today I took my truck for a routine service. I had two nails in my tire that I told them about. I was told that one could be patched and the other could not. I was told by Justin Schimek that the one spot would be patched. Get home to see that absolutely nothing was patched. Still two nails in the tire... both nails were removed by my husband and both spots patched. Funny how that works. This dealership should be ashamed of their selves! Telling someone to bring in their trade for an appraisal when they are the online salesman and it could have been done without an hour drive. He also satiated he would be there till 7 and was advised it would be close to that time before my arrival. Needless to say Casey was not there and Mike took over and was also not a professional salesman! Toyota cooperate will be notified on how potential customers are being treated!
