I can confidently say I’ve never been to a car dealership where no one has approached me, other than a Sunday when they are closed. Parked at the front door in a bright yellow Jeep, clearly seen, went onto the lot to browse. A good 15 minutes later and yet to be approached. Don’t get me wrong I enjoy not being harassed, however, you would think they would approach someone on their lot. Maybe it’s because I’m a female, not sure but I won’t be going back.
Oh my goodness these people were horrible today. Quoted $80 for the 40K service. Scheduled appt. Got there on time. Was told it would be 1hr but maybe 1hr15m tops. Was told $80 again. 2 hours later after all the people who were there before me were gone, and even some who got there after me, went to see WTH was going on. Saw my car sitting there ready to go. No telling how long it been there. Charged me $100 with no explanation. If anything, it should have been LESS than the $80 quoted. No one ever gave me an update or anyth... read more
The basically tried to steal my trade in. They offered me $6500. The Kelly blue book trade in value is $15000. Loan value is $17000. Their slogan says we always give you more for your trade. That's a joke. Be sure you know your vehicles value before you go in.
Our sales guy, Tate, was amazing. He got us the deal we wanted. We went in just to look at the new C-HR and got one. So excited�

Got a great car for a deal. Until I had to deal with the registration for it. Seems like they worked on the issues until the 3rd call and they want more paperwork for a car I gave them 45+ days ago. Then they want to claim a law changed at the new year. Great that no one seemed to know it in May. Absolutely absurd.
I just bought a 2017 Camry. The salesman, Johnny Bafford, was awesome. He was extremely professional, NOT pushy, and was very knowledgeable about Camry's. I knew what I wanted and he immediately provided it for me. He listened to my needs and did not try to change my mind on anything. Great Job Johnny!!
