Took my ladies 2017 RAV4 for its first service today, they said it would take 2 hours (which seemed like a long time to me) we waited for 2 and a half hours before I asked for a update on the waiting time then the service writers had no idea where the car even was, turns out in the two and a half hours they didn't even start on the car, people came and went as we sat there waiting....then the manager proceeded to make things up about why it could possibly take so long. Wow! Once again awful service. My husband scheduled a service and has been waiting for 3 hours-and then they tell him that they don't have the part! My husband wasted his whole morning off sitting around for nothing. Most disorganized place I've ever seen! Every time that we go, there is something wrong. At this point, we would be more amazed if they could get something right!
Bought a 2016 Highlander from Melvin. First I must say that Melvin is your guy if you're looking to buy a new or used car. He is very helpful, kind and not pushy. Cannot say enough good things about he and the rest of the staff at Fred Anderson!
