Started at 10:00 left at 4:00pm. Worst customer service, sales management horrible, and meade this the worst car buying experience of my life. Finally, started driving away and found out this was not the car the sales person told us we would have. Returned the vehicle with no problem and picked my Lexus back up to leave. Would be surprised if anyone in REAL management or ownership would contact me to assist them to do a better job of customer realations.
Overall I have had a good experience with Fred Anderson, however, during the purchasing procedure we discussed the fact that if someone recommends this dealership they will get $100. We told them who had done so but this person has never received her bonus. Also, I had a coupon from my bank for a gas card if I financed through them but have never received that either. Great dealership, wonderful customer service. Blake, Thomas, and James are great sales reps and made our shopping experience incredibly amazing. Thanks to the team there. They worked hard for us in numbers and listened to what we needed in a vehicle.
Not sure I will come back for service. Told it would take 1.5 hours for oil change and rotation? Now going on 2.45 hrs and still waiting. Update - service manager apologized for the delay and gave a $10 discount. Thanks

Absolute best experience I have EVER had with any dealership. Everyone was very hospitable and helpful. I was for sure a challenge to make things work and Brian Lindsay and Javier Torres were amazing at helping us get a new safe car for our growing family! I will for sure be a forever customer at Fred Anderson Toyota and will eventually be back for the 4Runner I have always wanted!
