I will never again take my car back to this dealership to have it serviced again. Not only did they not perform the service that I paid for but they do not return phone calls when you call to tell them. I had my car serviced there about 3-4 weeks ago and have been trying to get ahold of service manager and general manager. Neither of which have bothered to return my phone call. I have called your dealership at least 8 times in the past 2 years asking you to take my deceased mother's name out of your system, yet I continue to receive advertising and letters from your dealership weekly. When I call and ask to speak with a manager I am told he's in a meeting, yet when I leave a message, no one returns my call. Poor customer service... you are just a file at Fred Anderson Toyota.
