Everyone in office are courteous and efficient. Move you through the process efficiently and calmly.
Everyone was friendly and informative. They were very patient in handling my 90 year old mother. Dr. Frazee explained her condition and referred her to another doctor. The front desk staff even called the other doctor’s office to make sure they would take her insurance as well as made the appointment for her. The office was respectful of our time and got us in quickly.
The office team did not hurry the process, and were happy to help me understand everything and answer all my questions. Dr. Frazee was patient, not hurried, and genuinely interested in my wellbeing.
I needed an emergency appt as I was afraid I had a contact lost in my eye. They got me in 2 hours later, I saw Dr. Frazee, he did several different checks to ensure no contact was in my eye, and I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. Could not have gone better!!

I drive 45 minutes from Dallas to see THIS doctor when there are excellent eye doctors near me. Why? Because he is the absolute best and I wouldn’t entrust my eye care to anyone else.
Both the Doctor and the staff clearly explained all the procedures as they occurred. Doctor has a great sense of humor that puts me at ease. I'm very happy with the service and care I receive from Dr. Frazee and staff.
