All the personnel were friendly and professional except for one-maybe it was an off day for her- I have been going here for almost 35 yrs. I guess that says it all.

Visit was extremely professional and friendly. The staff's knowledge and bedside manners were second to none. Dr. Frazee was as always, very comprehensive is his diagnoses and solutions. This was awesome for visiting Doctor's office!!
Dr. Ngo was out on mat leave, so I saw Frazee for a cyst removal on my eyelid. He tried to squeeze and "pop" the cyst, which was extremely painful. Then said I need to come back and see another doctor. Charged me for a full visit. Frazee was a totally waste of time and money. Frazee was probably good at one time, but this guy needs to retire and hand the practice over to the other doctors who actually treat patients.
I had a Saturday appointment because I work. They had me wait for over an hour for my appointment to begin. When I asked what was the problem, they told me "no problem - this is the way the office is run." I cant be a patient of an office that is run SO poorly.
