Dr. Frazee is a great doctor. Very knowledgeable and up to speed with the latest treatments. Answers all you questions and spends enough time to diagnose your condition and discuss treatments. The staff are great too. Professional, courteous and well trained. Hey, they are all in a public service industry. Sometimes they spend more time with a patient than might be anticipated. Sometimes that patient is me and I appreciate it. So sometimes you wait a little longer. My advice. Be patient, these
Dr. Frazee is a great doctor however his staff and scheduling is so poor that I would never recommend his office. They over book and leave you waiting for HOURS! Plus, you only see Dr. Frazee for about 5 mins.
Dr. Frasee is a good eye doctor. Unfortunately, his office staff is horrible. They let me sit unattended for an hour and 25 minutes then they get all defensive and upset when I tell them I have to leave. This office has ZERO respect for their patients' time.
