I LOVE Dr, Frazee.
The office is a mess. They have more employees than they do patients but the staff acts like they’re at “happy hour;” talking about their personal lives and 1 person doesn’t communicate with others you will see. The equipment has to be from the early 1980’s and was broken down. Thank God I was the second appointment of the day and only sat in the room that has their diagnostic tools for about 30 minutes while they worked on problems. Dr. Frazee and the entire staff are professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend North Texas Eye Center.
The office is a highly efficient operation. The teamwork is remarkable. All the employees are caring and friendly. I highly recommend Dr. Frazee and his team.
