Dr F was very thorough and gave multiple options to help my eye condition. The office was very busy today, Dr F noticed and asked that an additional room be opened. The scheduler is extremely friendly
My vision seems to be declining more rapidly than I expect to be associated with normal aging, so I wanted to see an ophthalmologist to make sure nothing was missed. Dr. Frazee wanted to categorize the visit as routine or medical, for billing purposes, which I understand. However, he rapidly fired questions with a tone that was impatient and rude. Been seeing Dr. Frazee for many years. He has always demonstrated a level of concern for my well-being and takes time and care with my eyes.
Everyone in the office very professional and concerned to get the diagnosis and testing complete and accurate.
The staff was very respectful and professional, but Dr. Frazee was a very caring person committed to his profession and not just a money. So grateful I got a second opinion today!
