I have now visited Franses Jewellers twice, purchasing two different pieces on two very modest budgets. On both occasions, regardless of what I was buying, I was treated as though I were purchasing the most expensive piece in the shop. The staff at Franses could not do enough for us, showing genuine interest in what we were buying and why. Shopping there is a true experience a lovely setting, surrounded by quality, with staff who truly know their craft.

Mr Franses and the team are exceptional. I wanted to get my girlfriend an engagement ring of a specific style but couldn’t come into the store to discuss getting it made as I was working abroad.
