I've used a number of therapist over the years, to support me in my strongman activities and I honestly say that Fran is the best physio I have been to. Her friendly and engaging manner instantly puts you at ease, and her knowledge, enthusiasm and skill in administering massage and other rehab techniques are always exactly what is needed.
I came to Fran last year with multiple issues, chronic back pain, nerve pain in my arms and legs and groin pain which meant I couldn’t walk anymore than 50 steps before being in pain and limping home. Fran completed an initial appointment with me where we discussed my issues and goals and developed a rolling session plan.
