I have never written a review on a hotel but we loved everything about this Marriott. We stayed 2 nights, had 2 rooms and were pleased with the front desk staff at check in. They were very friendly and personable, the housekeeping staff cleaned both of our rooms very well, room service (Kimble) was so friendly and professional, food was good, and the beds were comfortable. We will be back soon.
The room, bar, and conference areas were very nice. The beds were fantastic! However, the conference wait staff needs major improvements. This could easily have been a 5 star review had they been courteous and properly trained.
Our state association meeting is here every year. Always a pleasure to stay here! Elite member and always acknowledged. Great accommodations, conference food is yummy! Quiet, roomy, beautiful facility. One of my favorite locations- great job Franklin Marriott Cool Springs!

Was there for an event. Had not been at this property for few years. The event was quite lovely. Food was tasty, in fact it was enjoyable. Kudos to the catering staff. Took a look around at the lobby, it had a pleasant appearance. I would recommend a return.
