The worst customer service I have ever experienced. In my 51 years of travel I have never been treated so rudely. When you walk into the lobby you are never greeted. I was in town to surprise my sister I live in Harrisburg, PA and she lives in Florence, AL. My reservation was messed up and because it was booked by a third party Kristin (Manager of front desk) refused to correct it. She stated to me she could not.
