Staff was not helpful. They overcharged us double for the room. The staff was not helpful in getting this resolved. Still confused as to what we are supposed to pay.
Very bad no good food, rooms hot,bad service, people not nice, sorry but is true.
RecommendedAmazing and helpful staff. Great meals and servers. Roomy rooms and bathrooms, too This hotel tried really hard to meet the needs of our large group of ladies at our three day FCE Conference. And they succeeded! A wonderful stay.
Great hotel & conference center in the Nashville metro.
This place reminds me of a low budget hotel. The lobby seems large and spacious however the rooms are small and lacking. Mine is dusty and had not been thoroughly cleaned in a while. The dark colors chosen , make the dust and dirt apparent. No Bellman, No Valet Parking, very much a do it yourself hotel. I personally don’t like to see the area of the shower that had mold and you try to cover it however the color gives it away. National Rose Conference held at this hotel. Good food, helpful staff, large, well equipped meeting rooms, plenty of parking.
It’s a great hotel centrally located to Nashville. Staff and facility are first class. Recommend place to stay.
Clean, friendly staff, close to interstate, shopping and restaurants.
There for RE conference. Went as expected
