The hotel was great, rooms were nice and spacious we were on the 11th floor and the view was great! Unfortunately on the 2nd night we were there some guests got a little to rowdy and were very disturbing. Not sure if the hotel staff did anything about this or not but when I called guest services I was told 8 other people had called to complain and the police was on their way the commotion in the hall way did settle down eventually but I felt like something should have been done sooner for the comfort of the other guest. Absolutely a fantastic place to stay. Top notch staff and facilities.
This weekend I was there for our convention #GeekMediaExpo and I have nothing but praise for this hotel staff!! Dakota and Billy at the front desk were simply a joy and beyond helpful!! I recommend this place to anyone!
