We reserved a king bed with a credit card, but got two doubles. The cooly condescending reply from the front desk was that we only "requested" a king and the hotel had given all the kings to "contracted" customers, whatever that means. Only one decaffeinated and one caffeinated coffee pack in coffee kit.
Very friendly employees. Was under construction when went so I am sure is really nice now
