My checking account was charged twice from this company, totaling almost 1000 dollars and all the supervisor can say is "Sorry". It's absolutely ridiculous that a company can do that. Never staying here again when I come back to this area. My card was also charged a different amount than on my invoice. No one could help me or get my money back.
The new room layout is lacking items for business travelers, no desks! Table at sofa is too high for typing. Lots of usb plugs however.
I have never been in a hotel that is renovating, jack hammering above my head. Seriously no discount for the inconvenience and why would you have customers stay in a room RIGHT below someone jack hammering???
The Starbucks bartista lady is the BEST!! This hotel was awesome.
