Worst Experience with a dealer ever! – Buyer beware! Franklin ford may be a family business but it is not run like one. They institute high pressure sales tactics to close sales that are not in the customers favor. I went there recently to purchase a vehicle, and I felt forced and pressured through the entire transaction. My experience was so unpleasant I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. Franklin's Rudest Car Dealership – My experience with Franklin Ford has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've had in a long time. The sales staff is extremely rude and arrogant and I was made to feel like an interruption rather than a customer.
