Had my sons party here and from the time I got there nothing went straight forward i arrived at 1.40 my party started at 2pm I was told I couldn’t go in as I was too early.. I waited outside with some of our party guests we were allowed in at 1.55pm the area was still full of food all over n the floor the girl was cleaning up around us that wasn’t a big deal but surely if my party started at 2 then it should be ready for us to arrive..
