Place is a joke. They told me to download an app and used it to contact the office but when I do they tell me to call. Then Mark Kuiper does not listen to your problems and acts like you are an inconvenience and pushes through every appointment. He is also WAY over prescribing medication to someone else I know. You keep sending me a bill and all I have to say is, I'll pay it but I'll also file a medical malpractice lawsuit.. your choice. I will die before I ever set foot into another Munson medical facility.

Great doctors. Very professional and kind. But when I called the receptionist made me feel uncomfortable. She made me not want to ask my questions and was rude . Not sure if she was just having a bad day but not good for clients who can’t call to ask questions because they feel like there being judged .

The most unprofessional doctors office I’ve ever been to, aside from the one in manistee who made a racial remark during an appointment. If you’re elderly it’s the place for you because you’re all they care about. Every time I have called to ask a question about my 2 year old daughter they “put in a note and have the doc call me back” except the doctor NEVER calls, leaves before the office is closed and doesn’t look in his “box” at the note talking about what is wrong with my daughter.
