I feel if you have an expensive Suv they should automatically give you a complimentary car wash,when you have any type of service done on your Cadillac

Bad service ever. My car has issue with wheel hub bearing ( I have a Powertrain warranty) they keep my car for 6 days. I try to call and ask every day but the guy said that they are waiting for the answer from my warranty company ....finally he said my car is not covered. I get my car without nothing done for 6 days. Shirey needs a separate waiting room just for Cadillac owners. Just like in Joliet, Cadillac owners have their own waiting room.
