One of the best dealerships around in my opinion. Joe S. as well as the other staff was great to work with. Very informative and made it such a quick and great experience!
Poor poor quality cars. I thought I was buying a great used car from the best Cadillac dealer (per my husband who's dad bought his Cadillacs) on 10-30-17. We found our car on the internet. The add boasted about new tires and said super clean and no issues. When we arrived late and was looking at it, other staff came out to say how they wanted to get the car for their son and how great it was. The service writer Gail is the best thing that happened to their service department. She always greets you with a smile. And knows you personally. My wife took the car for an oil change. Right away she told her that she knew someone else was bringing the car. She left to work somewhere else for a while. So glad she’s back. A little pricey for me . But I understand they are in business to make a profit. And pay their mechanics union scale.
VERY DISAPPOINTED !!! I only rated them two stars because of two employees, the finance manager, Tricia who's been very helpful in resolving the mistakes made by others and the front desk lady, who always is polite and greets you with smile on her face every time you walk in (I cannot remember her name).
