Went in to Shirey today with my 2010 Cadillac SRX. Terrible noise coming from rear end. Service writer Gale and mechanic went above and beyond with their customer satisfaction. It was a lot cheaper cost to me after they went over all the options. Didn’t buy my vehicle from Shirey but they’ve got my business now. Goodbye Rizza. Love Shirey

Been waiting here for over 3 hours for a simple oil change. I scheduled the oil change appointment yesterday for 10:30am today. Get this! The service advisor pulls me into the service department to explain some issues that the mechanic found with the vehicle. I look at them and say “This isn’t even my truck guys”!!!! Now I need to wait longer to get a simple oil change since they pulled in a car that had arrived well after mine. Hoping they can help out with the final bill after this inconvenience. We’ll see. Grrrrr!!
