Received excellent roadside service for a flat tire yesterday from Joe from Shirey Cadillac. He promptly responded to my service request once OnStar was contacted. His estimated time arrival was great and he handled my situation quickly and efficiently. His performance was professional and I extend my appreciation for a job well done.
Got my dream car yesterday!!! The staff there provided an excellent car buying experience, in particular Keith and Tom were a god send throughout the process and made it happen for me. They were beyond helpful and Keith was super amazing in explaining my car and helping me with initial set ups. Thank you Keith and Tom!! After purchasing FIVE cars from them, they tried to rip me off on my trade in. They offered me half the price I paid for the vehicle a year and a half ago at their dealership, brand new. As I walked out I noticed almost the same exact equipped vehicle, same year, same upgrades a few extras BUT it had 7,000 more miles on it. The price listed was almost $17,000 more than they offered me! A cadillac Diagnostic for the ABS/TC BRAKE should and must be done by a mechanic, including his name and the results of the diagnostics. NOT A guess which is what we got when we placed our 2007 Cadillac wit this dealership. Secondly, a good Mechanic would have reset or erased the code lights on the dash board, no matter if the may come on or not. 3rd, a good mechanic and dealership would have had a read-out of the problem not an appraisal of the problem or told a certain part may help the problem.
