Car was sent there for some upgrades and a simple fix, what ended up only supposedly taking a day at most lead to 3 days! When I called to ask progress on my car, they couldn’t locate my car for over an hour that was on their lot. Terrible experience. Just purchased a 2017 chevy malibu and within 2 weeks of having it, my battery died on me. Called the dealership to see if they would help with the costs and they said they would cover the repair costs. Go to pick up my car and it wasn’t paid for. Call back my salesman and he said they wouldn’t pay for it after saying they would. Dishonest, and very unprofessional. Would not recommend anyone to step foot in this dealership.
