Service department took a month in a half to get me quotes on a repair. The only reason I got the quote was because I called over and over again until somebody finally gave me a price. Meanwhile I was shopping a new car. Their service department convinced me to buy elsewhere. Bought a brand new Malibu from molle in Pittsburg. I’ll never spend money at fletcher again.

All they care about is selling you a vehicle. We had to go back several times to have our papers filled out. We have had ours for a few months now and someone called to see if we were satisfied, my husband proceeds to tell her we are happy with it. So she asks if he had any issues, he replied well there is one thing, she instantly says well ok then if you need anything just give us a call she never let him finish his statement or anything just hung up.
