Jerry Myers helped me at Fletcher Ford and he is seriously the best! Genuine, honest, didn’t give me the run around, but just what I needed. I was honestly hesitant to talk to a sales person as I’ve had some bad experiences, but Jerry changed the way I look at buying and selling a car. I highly recommend Jerry for all your vehicle needs! I called at 9am for a quote on replacing my water pump, the lady gave me the price of the pump and told me someone would call me back with a full quote. I called back at 130pm to get an update and was told the same thing. At 5pm, no call back from Service department so I called another service center not related to Frank Fletcher dealerships and was given a price immediately. so guess who got the work. It must be nice to run a business where you just don't want any new business.
We are very impressed with the service at Fletcher Ford in Joplin, MO! Sheradon was wonderful! He was extremely helpful, listened to what we wanted and did everything he could to find us just the right car!
