Your service department is the worst. You will no longer be taking care of my car due to your unfriendly, inconsistent, and lying staff. I will be taking my car to Carthage Ford because they understand what great customer service is. You might consider firing all of your service department from all the bad reports I've heard from your other angry customers.

Everyone was very nice and super helpful! Bryant was awesome! Love my new car! *Edit: Ended up swapping with a different car that had navigation. I very much appreciate all the help and for everyone working with us on it. And I still highly recommend Bryant! He's been so nice and helpful! Will definitely continue doing business with these guys in the future!
