Be very careful with documentation. Very careful. I instructed the titles and documents person I did not, repeat not, want extended service agreements at the time of purchase. She then directed where to sign on the various and many documents. Documents all presented in a rush at and after closing hours and after the paperwork had already taken nearly 2 hours. They treat repeat customers like trash blown in off of the street. I have bought at least 8 vehicles from their dealerships since 2012. I will never buy another car from any Fletcher dealership.
