Terrible customer service! While trying to check on parts that I was never told had arrived I was on hold for at least 30 minutes. Had an appointment scheduled for 10:30 to get a “simple repair” according to the tech that I talked to. No call back by 12:30 so I called them. I was informed it would be after 4pm before my truck would be done. Just before 4pm I received a call saying that not all the parts were ordered and it would be another 4 days before they would be in.
