Went in as a walk in customer for oil change and tire rotation and was told oh sorry nothing till thursday... Guess the quick lane service sign is a lie.....

Absolute worst customer service i have experienced. Multiple times of being told something was wrong with my car paid for them to fix it and it never fixed the problem. Then when you tell them they didnt fix the problem unless your willing to throw more money at them they dont have the time of day to even speak with you. My family and i have bought multiple new vehicles from here and they will no longer have our service.

very professional and prompt service, however I have had my tires balanced and rotated every 5000 miles and explained that I have road vibration each time. they told me I had one tire out of balance and fixed it. I still have the same vibration so must be a wheel or another problem. I'll get another appointment and I'm sure they will find the probably and fix it. I only have 15,000 miles on my f150.
