I was treated very well. I was shuttled to the Mall while my car was worked on and picked up when they were through. They got the repairs done in the time frame they said they would. Good job!

Four hours of dickering back and forth we reached an agreement. The salesman (Robert) said congratulations you bought yourselves a car! We went in to sign the paper work and found that a thousand dollars was added to what was agreed on. What a waste of our time. Guess we'll take our business elsewhere.

They went above and beyond to take care of me and my family! Was in a bad situation as our truck broke down while traveling to Florida for vacation, they located me a truck and had it brought to me! We was able to continue on and enjoy our vacation thanks to them.

Usually do all maintenance by myself, finally realized I’m to the point health wise it is getting more difficult. I was extremely pleased with the ease of making the appointment, the courteous and professional treatment by the knowledgeable service writer. The whole process was extremely straight forward. Fletcher has a very nice lounge with free drinks and donuts, WiFi and TV to wait in. We weren't sure how our visit was going to go. We didn't think that we would be able to get into a vehicle. Chandler fairchild was very patient with us and went above and beyond in trying to get us into the car we really wanted. Today we will drive home in a 2018 Escape! Thank you so much!
