Best experience we've ever had with a dealership from not being pushy on something we didn't want to being 100% honest and not selling us something we didn't really need additional even though they could've made that extra penny!! My dad bought a 2015 f150 used and was promised the owners manual that was supposed to be in the glove compartment. When he called about it a few days later they wanted to charge him 75~ dollars for it. He paid cash for this truck and it required no effort from anybody on your sales team. The least you could do is give the man what you promised. He's disabled and can't even drive the truck anymore. He can read just fine and I'm sure he'd like his owners manual he paid for.
