We bought a beautiful Francis Jackson home on park view Weldon, on reserving the house the garage was broke, garage was still broke five months later, on moving in we had over 60/70 items, not small items, bath was damaged needed replacing, on replacing bath no carpenter/handy man was lined up we had to wait another ten days for the mastic bath panel and shower screen to go on, not to mention the bath was replaced four weeks after reporting it, the main window in the master bedroom was severely scratched also 5 weeks after m... read more
I have recently moved into a brand new Francis Jackson home and I love it. The house is finished to a high standard with quality fittings. The site manager and his crew are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. Sally in the sales office was wonderful, supportive and kept up regular and informative communication. Thank you all, I have nothing but praise for you and would highly recommend your homes to anyone looking for a quality build new home.
