I consulted Dr. Clark for a second opinion. He went through as much time as I needed replying questions exceptionally articulately , and was very careful to be respectful of my other doctor. All of his office individuals and equipment were first-rate. I opted to have Dr Clark do my second eye, and he fixed my astigmatism and glaucoma all with the same procedure. I just wish he did my first eye.
This was my first visit. Dr. Clark was very nice and very helpful. Everything was explained thoroughly to me so I had no worries about the course of action that we were taking for my eyes. The staff was very friendly. And during this pandemic, everyone was wearing a mask and all measures were taken to secure the safety and the health of all the patients and employees. Doing a great job. I'd recommend the office and Dr.Clakrk to anyone.
Fantastic doctor. He has seen three generations of my family and we all think he's top notch. Cataracts for my parents, Lasik for me and my husband, eyelid surgery for me, Lasik for my 2 children. He is very thorough and conservative.
I want to applaud your practice for the calculated and professional initiatives placed to protect us patients from Covid19. I left 2 other practices for not having similar safety standards. The care I received from every one was outstanding. Dr Clark embodies all the properties of a true caring physician of years gone by.
My mother Shelly Reid was almost blind, we were lucky to meet Doc Clark and she was operated on Glaucoma - Cataracts, my mother has recovered her vision and her happiness. He is a doctor with a lot of patience, professionalism, love and patient care. I've never met a doctor like him. Our family loves him.
Dr Clark and his group are phenomenal. I have had such an incredible experience from getting my eyes checked before surgery to my recovery process after cataract surgery. Every employee there makes you feel important and not like you’re one more person they’re treating that week. I appreciate the precise hard work everyone in that office does. I would recommend everyone to go to Dr. Clark practice. I was also very impressed with all the safety steps in place for Covid protection.
As a new patient, Dr. Francis clark made me confident I would get the best care from him as we discussed my eye history problems and needs, which are many. He was attentive and sincere when answering my questions and provided recommendations for my eye care that suits me. He is a very focused, in- the- moment physician feeling like you are his only concern. Just a wondaful experience.
It has been so refreshing to find a doctor that actually listens and wants to help. After 2 years of living with terrible eye pain & tearing and being given the run around by numerous doctors, I was finally referred to Dr. Clark. From the first appointment the dedication and caring bedside manner was apparent. He correctly diagnosed my problem as eye rosacea. I felt much better and relief after just 1 week on his correct treatment regimen. And I am getting better every day. I found the right eye doctor.
Kindness, sincerity and compassion are all words which can't even adequately describe the sheer "awesomeness" of Dr. Clark. . It is rare to find a physician with such a genuine moral and ethical compass, who is able to marry that with being a true expert in his field. Our whole family is blessed to patients of his amazing practice.
