I have always had vision in only one eye. I was terrified when I developed cataracts that made my daily routines difficult, and had all but given up driving. I can't give 5 Stars because of the time I had to wait to see this incredible eye man. To bring patients in, they need a better method...just giving some suggestions, and I hope you listen as this man is incredible. That being said, this doctor is just the best. I had the exam of a lifetime, walked away feeling on top of the world with the total dedication to the ultimate eye exam ever. The time and energy spent with me was so appreciated. Dr Frances James Clark is the best doctor I've had. Even after I moved away, I was still didn't mind the drive to Hatboro. he is that good...2 hrs each way. He helped me when I needed it the most, for which I will always be thankful. The staff in the office is always really quick at replying to messages and requests.
Very professional. Is very kind to his patients. Listens and does not mind answering questions or explaining things. The office ran very smooth especially in this pandemic. The exam was far superior to any of my many past eye exams with many eye doctors since age of 7.
What impressed me most about this office was the tight, strict Covid safety standards in place. I left another office as I felt unsafe. I was seen promptly with not much waiting around down time. When I eventually saw Dr Clark, I was very impressed by the bedside manner, and the quality of the eye exam.
For a very busy and desirable practice there was very little waiting around. No sooner was I worked up and Dr Clark was in the exam room engaging me. I have never been more pleased with a doctor encounter than with Dr Clark. I don’t know how he is able to spend so much dedicated time while seeing many needed patients. Very impressed with the entire visit.
Dr. Francis James Clark is professional, humble and very easy to talk to. His staff was friendly, efficient and very helpful. My visit was well worth the 250 mile roundtrip from my home.
I just left the office of Dr francis James Clark, after his care for 5 hrs. for an acute glaucoma attack. My ER called around for an eye surgeon and only Dr Clark responded. I am totally relieved of pain and loss of vision. 1130 pm, I am going home, Dr Clark is up early helping many. Just a solid, good person, excellent doctor. Very engaging, upbeat, eager to help and cure.
On my recent experience with Dr Clark the staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs. I had a minimal waiting period in the lobby. My physician, Dr Clark was interested in all the details of my issue, and took time to discuss options. Many thanks.
