It was first rate. A lot was done to make me feel at ease and I saw that procedures were in place to keep the surroundings safe & sterile . All the staff were professional, amiable and helpful as could be. Joseph Dante
I had a concern over the weekend when the office was closed. I called and left a message. Dr. Clark called me back in record time, listened to my concern, and walked me through what he thought I should do. He was amazingly patient and kind. But the kindest part of my experience was that he called me the next day to see how I was doing and asked me to call if I needed any further assistance. That personal touch meant everything to me. I appreciated that personal gesture.
I have always been impressed with Dr Francis J. Clark. Its always a smooth transition from the time you walk in and walk out. I have seen other doctors when Dr Clark is not available and I like them all. They really work together as a team in providing you with your needs as well as treatment. The nursing staff is awesome; always very friendly. Its as if they hand pick their staff as a team and giving high regard to personality and passion to do the job. I love it when they know me by my name and not my chart.
Dr. Clark is an excellent physician. Extremely caring and compassionate doctor. He is top notch in his field I could not imagine going to any other optomologist. I recommend him to anyone of any age. He has treated my son my mother and also myself. I have referred him to quite a few friends who have nothing but wonderful things to say about him. I could go on all day about what a great doctor he is. Dr. Clark truly represents what a being a physician is all about!
He is the most understanding Dr I have met. He has all my eye health conditions finally under control after many years of seeking help. He's a good listener and does not rush you out of her office. He always makes sure he has time with me as his patient.
I have been a patient of Dr. Clark for several years. He is patient kind and always takes as much time as needed to answer any questions or concerns. He even calls you to go over tests results personally. Would highly recommend him. He actually called me on Easter morning. He has true empathy.
These guys and gals do a great job in treating patients with compassion, efficiency, and quality. Haven been to many eye doctors, this is the best treatment and care I have received to date. Dr Clark spent a considerable amount of time with me and treated me as an individual. I feel somewhat blessed to have found this practice.
There are 2 main points that sets this practice above any and all practices I have been to: 1- You are treated as a fellow human being by EVERYONE. It is just an incredible experience you don't experience anywhere else. By the entire staff, especially Dr Clark. 2- True dedication to provide extensive, thorough, unrushed exam. I didn’t have to wait to be taken and the service was friendly, sincere, and professional. The staff was knowledgeable and efficient. Dr. Francis Clark was prompt, polite, and professional. This is the most safe I felt in any business with all the Covid19 safety precautions in place. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.
