From the first appointment, their professionalism and genuine concern were clear, and they continue to be so as I proceed through follow-up care. They were patient with my questions and displayed a level of knowledge that was tempered by compassion. I give my best recommendations, as well as my heartfelt gratitude.
I've been appreciative for all of Dr. Clark's services for the past 20 years. He's a consummate professional who gets the job done efficiently, there is no idle waiting in the office. fast, efficient, outstanding exam, kind doctor
I believe he is the most ethical doctor I have ever met. I was having trouble with all of the glaucoma drops that my previous eye doctor had prescribed for me. I wasto everything, and surgery was strongly advised. Dr. Clark was suggested by a number of people. To cut a long tale short, he did a simple laser treatment, I am no longer on any medications, and my eye pressurhas never been lower. I'm glad I didn't have to have surgery.
Dr. Fran J. Clark exudes calm, compassion, expertise, and experience. He is thorough and attentive, and unlike many physicians, he does not appear to rush through the examination. He has excellent communication abilities as well as a terrific sense of humour. He responds swiftly to questions and follows up with any additional questions or drugs that may be required. Just a lovely person with tremendous intelligence. Dr. Clark conducted an excellent eye examination. For almost 60 years, his approach has been so different from that of other eye specialists. Exam is of high quality, in-depth, has unlimited time, and is not rushed. He's the greatest!
I moved to be closer to my family. My ophthalmologist told me I needed cataract surgery and emergency glaucoma surgery when I went in for a follow-up for cataract/glaucoma. I had to wait because I was relocating to Philadelphia to be closer to my family. He was dissatisfied with my reluctance. See at Dr. Clark. I was seeing 20/20, and he didn't think surgery was necessary. He showed me his tests, which indicated I didn't have glaucoma. I was blown away by how clean they kept the place while I waited. I got called after only 7 minutes of waiting. Both the assistant and the doctor described what they were doing and why it was vital to me to understand why they were doing it. They did not rush the exam or me and took their time. Because my eyes were dilated, the assistant accompanied me outside to my spouse. She double-checked that I was fine. Thank you very much.
